Redefining the traditional cruise into ‘The Float’. A relaxing journey through the Hawkesbury River waterways in search of beautiful escarpments and amazing rock formations, and then simply floating amongst these spectacular sites. Floating on still waters enables us to regularly see beautiful White Bellied sea eagles and other amazing birdlife throughout the voyage.
The Floating Oyster Wine Bar philosophy encompasses serenity and exploration, combined with sensory delight, and we invite passengers to release their imaginations into the magnificent natural wonders of the Hawkesbury river whilst enjoying the finest epicurean delights.
Designed with luxury in mind with relaxing lounges, copper walls and wine barrels, teamed with fine local oysters, seafood, exclusive Russian Beluga caviar, cheese, pate and charcuterie boards, and all complemented with an eclectic wine, champagne and a unique craft beer range.

This is an all weather vessel. The charter would only be cancelled in the event of very extreme weather conditions, such as a cyclone.
It is fairly uncommon for passengers to suffer from seasickness on a smooth water cruise. Should the water become choppy due to windy conditions, the skipper will cruise the more sheltered areas.
