We are a registered covid safe business-we have policies and procedures in place that everyone onboard are required to follow to keep everyone safe- In the event of a covid shutdown the cruise will be rescheduled to an alternative date.

TENTATIVE BOOKINGS
We can reserve the catamaran for 24 hours and then expect a confirmation-we cannot guarantee it will be available after this time and particularly on a Saturday
DAMAGE AND SECURITY BOND
Is required to cover the cost of any loss or damage to the catamaran. The charterer shall be liable for any damage to the vessel, furnishings and equipment caused by himself, and /or members of his/her party or invitees.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE
will apply and up to $500 when the catamaran is left in an extremely dirty state –this includes vomit and food & containers & drinks & cans & bottles spread across the floors and tables and chairs and on the floor and ceiling –
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES TO DATE
All cancellation and changes to date requests must be in writing
a) Up to 60 days prior: Deposits paid will be refunded less a $700 administration fee, so long as another booking is secured for the same date and time slot to an equal value. If another booking is not secured, the deposit will be non-refundable.
b) 61-31 days prior: Deposit is non-refundable
c) 30 – 14 days prior: Total monies paid are not refundable.
– Only in exceptional circumstances can the booking be re-scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances
Bad weather
The cruise can be re-scheduled when the captain says it is dangerous to proceed –ie dangerous weather and sea conditions –ie extremely high winds and /or non-stop heavy rain-a few showers and overcast and cool weather conditions will not cause the cruise to be re-scheduled
LIABILITY
The charterer agrees that the vessel operator shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person arising from the cruise caused by them or any persons related to their party. The signee shall indemnify the company against such claims.

BEHAVIOUR
The operator is not a common carrier and reserves the right to refuse to carry a passenger or goods without assigning any reason thereof. The charterer acknowledges that during the charter period the vessel will remain in the complete control of the Captain and/or crew. If for any reasons of unruly behaviour onboard the vessel the Captain has the option to off-load the passenger/s or contact the Water Police for assistance or for any weather, tidal or other reason the Captain considers it necessary to vary the length or route of the charter, his decision will be final.
Risk Warning
There are inherent risks and dangers on board any vessel. All passengers participate in the Charter entirely at their own risk.
Swimming
Swimming is only permitted during daylight hours when the vessel is stationary and in the absolute discretion of the crew.
Jurisdiction
The laws of New South Wales govern this agreement and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales in respect of any disputes arising between them.
