Event Inclusions:
• Three hours of luxury cruising on the Harbour
• Three Course Long Lunch- Canapes on the decks, followed by sumptuous seated share style main course with delicious sides featuring sustainable seafood and premium NSW produce, finished with Gelato cart
• Bottomless Chandon Garden Spritz and Chandon NV, Young Henrys Craft Beers on tap, soft drinks and juices
• Live acoustic music to sway or dance the day away

• Sydney Rock Oyster with spanish sherry vinegar & chives
• Ranger Valley Arancini sliced tenderloin, baguette, truffle mayonaise
• Wild Mushroom Arancini with basil pesto

• Roasted Bangalow Pork Belly with spiced coriander crackling & Asian slaw
• QLD Barramundi with a medley of field mushrooms, wilted greens and Asian dressing
• Spiced Roasted Cauliflower with ras el hanout beetroot crips, charred aubergine & tahini dressing
