• Slow-cooked, pulled beef brisket with seeded mustard and red wine gravy (gf)
• Oven baked Atlantic salmon with creamy hollandaise sauce (gf)
• Oven baked falafel bites available upon request (v) (gf) - 48 hours notice required

DESSERT > Served alternately
• Creamy New york cheesecake on a biscuit jaconde base and mixed berries
• Dark and white chocolate mousse and chocolate biscuit on vanilla sponge w raspberry coulis
• Served with coffee and tea
