About Akiko
AKIKO is a stunning 34-meter yacht built by Alloy Yachts in New Zealand in 2007. Known for its timeless elegance and versatility, AKIKO underwent a full refit in 2023, seamlessly blending modern luxury with high-performance features.
The yacht’s name, "AKIKO," meaning "at a distance from home" in Maori, reflects its spirit of adventure and exploration. Accommodating up to 12 guests overnight in ultimate comfort, AKIKO boasts five luxurious guest suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom.
The interior is bathed in natural light thanks to expansive full-height windows, creating an airy, open atmosphere throughout the yacht. The full-beam master suite is a standout feature, offering a spacious and relaxing retreat.
While preserving its original charm, the 2023 refit introduced contemporary updates, ensuring AKIKO continues to provide an exceptional charter experience.

Celebrated my father's 60th birthday with a family trip on Akiko around the Whitsundays. The interior was beautifully sunlit, making the lounge area a favourite spot. The inflatable jellyfish pool was a hit with the kids. The crew were attentive, and every detail was considered. Lovely day.
