Our Christmas day dinner cruise on the Pearl serves as a chance to taste some of the best local dishes in a relaxing atmosphere. We employ talented chefs who prepare a range of recipes to suit everyone’s unique tastes.

• Fresh Sydney seafood selection of mussels, fresh prawns, smoked salmon platters
• Deliciously roasted meats, including turkey and cranberry sauce, roast pork and crackling with apple sauce, baked striploin of beef with smooth gravy
• Steamed greens, and roast vegetables
• Garden Salad with Chickpeas
• Bread rolls, butter
• Alternate dessert served of Christmas pudding with custard and cream or chocolate self saucing pudding
