Celebrate the arrival of the New Year with an intimate evening aboard Weathersfield, a beautifully crafted 60-foot classic sailing yacht with timeless character and old-world charm. Her spacious decks and elegant design create a unique setting for enjoying Sydney Harbour on one of the most spectacular nights of the year.

Settle in for a memorable evening on the water, taking in the harbour’s iconic sights while enjoying a delicious three-course dinner. Juices, bottled water, soft drinks and boutique non-alcoholic beverages will be provided throughout the evening, while guests are welcome to bring their preferred wine, beer or spirits. Ice, refrigeration, glassware and storage will be available on board for your convenience.

With a limited number of guests, Weathersfield offers a more intimate and relaxed way to experience the celebrations away from the larger NYE crowds. As midnight approaches, enjoy the spectacular Sydney Harbour fireworks from the water and raise a glass to the year ahead aboard this distinctive classic sailing yacht.

Please Note:
• Weathersfield has a no-shoes policy to help protect the yacht’s painted finishes and timber.
• Disposable slippers will be provided for guests to use on board.

Fireworks Viewing: The exact anchoring location will be determined on the day based on wind conditions, harbour congestion and government exclusion zones. The experienced crew will select the best available position to provide guests with spectacular views of the fireworks.

Weathersfield’s menu selections are thoughtfully planned to suit a sailing yacht focusing on the normally sweltering summer warmth of New Years Eve in Sydney and providing our international guests with authentic, traditional Australian cuisine. Our creations are all prepared in-house using only the finest and freshest ingredients.
Canapés

Bruschetta – toasted thin slices of crusty garlicky bread topped with tomatoes and onions in balsamic vinegar dressing
Barbecued lamb cutlets – marinated in garlic, lemon zest, rosemary and peppercorn with a foil wrap handle and served with a parsley, chive and garlic sauce.

Main

Seafood Platter - Sydney Rock Oysters with Queensland King Prawns (peeled with tail on) marinated Baby Octopus, Blue Swimmer Crabs, Balmain Bugs and Smoked Salmon all served with our own Weathersfield seafood cocktail sauce and lemon & lime wedges.
