Celebrated my 40th birthday with friends on YOT 75. The atmosphere was lively, and the boat's two-level setup was perfect for mixing and mingling. Sailin past the skyline with a drink from the upstairs bar in hand was just magical. Crew were attentive and made sure our glasses were never empty!
Organising the whole event was simple. The team was organised and flexible with our requests. Couldn't have asked for better service.

HOUSEKEEPING RULES
1. We ask that you arrive at the marina 5 minutes prior to your charter start time so that we can get you all checked in and ready for boarding.
2. To protect the teak deck, we’ll ask that guests remove shoes when boarding and we will store them safely until your return.
3. We are a non-smoking vessel, however vaping is allowed in outdoor areas.
4. Given that the vessel is fully licensed, we don’t cater to BYO. For payments over the bar, we accept cards only with an exception made when settling on-consumption bar tabs at the end of the charter (exact cash amount is required as we don’t carry change). You are welcome to set up pre-paid bar tabs prior to the booking via cash or card.
5. Please be aware that although the vessel is a private yacht, we are a licensed venue which is required to comply with the Responsible Service of Alcohol conditions.
6. We ask that all guests treat the vessel with respect. A $500 credit card pre-authorisation will be taken in the week leading up to your charter, which will be released on the next business day provided excessive cleaning or repairs to the vessel are not required. Any unpaid bar tabs will also be deducted from the $500 credit card pre-authorisation. Please fill out the pre-authorisation form on the next page.
7. We do allow decorations onboard however there are some guidelines in place. All decorations will need to be discussed with your events consutant who can also recommend preferred stylists.
8. Guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 10 days prior to your charter to allow the rostering of staff. Any last minute increases in guest numbers may not be allowed due to staffing capacity.
9. The vessel will return to the dock 10 minutes prior to the end of your charter to allow the crew to secure the vessel and be ready for guests to depart, last drinks will also be at this time.
10. It's important to note that even though the operator is currently working towards making the vessel more disability friendly, unfortunately at this stage we do not have easy access for wheelchairs or walkers. This is due to logistical barriers with our boarding locations, and the vessel layout.

The crew is dedicated to providing excellent service within our liquor license regulations. There is zero tolerance for staff abuse or possession of illicit substances. Guests must follow all directions from the master or crew, and jumping off the vessel is strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere to this housekeeping document or the crews instructions may result in the charter ending early.
Guest safety and experience are our top priorities. Please share these details with your group. Contact your events consultant with any questions. Looking forward to a fantastic event on the water!
