Make your hen’s party truly unforgettable with a unique and exciting cruise – the perfect blend of elegance and adventure for your pre-wedding celebration!
Booking your hens party boat hire Sydney experience gives your group a private, skippered vessel to celebrate the bride on the water. A private cruise lets you control the guest list, pick the playlist, and spend the afternoon swimming in beautiful harbour bays.
Here is why you should book your hens celebration with Prestige Harbour Cruises:
Catamarans are the usual pick for a daytime hens cruise. The flat, wide deck means nobody's stuck sitting down the whole time, and there's enough stability for everyone to move around, dance, and take photos without a second thought. If the group's after something quieter and more polished, a luxury yacht suits an afternoon of champagne and sunbathing better than a party boat would.
A good sound system matters more for a hens cruise than most other charters, and so does easy access to the water. Camp Cove and Chowder Bay are popular swim stops if that's part of the plan, both calm enough for anyone who isn't a confident swimmer.
Spring and summer weekends are the ones to move fast on, especially if the bride has her heart set on a particular date before the wedding. Book early and keep a backup date in mind.
King Street Wharf is worth considering for your pickup point if the plan includes bars afterwards; it puts you close to the CBD for round two once you're back on land.
The right boat depends on your group size and party style. Wide catamarans are very popular for daytime swimming and casual drinks. Luxury cruisers suit formal evening celebrations and intimate gatherings.
Our fleet ranges from small yachts for couples to large catamarans that comfortably host bigger groups for the day. If you need overnight accommodation, only a small number of vessels offer this, generally smaller yachts sleeping 4-6 guests.
No. Every single charter includes a professional skipper and crew. You can relax and enjoy the party while we drive the boat.
Yes. Many of our boats offer a skippered bareboat option. You bring your own catering and drinks. Ask us about the onboard fridge space and barbecue facilities when you book.
You are welcome to bring your own balloons and banners to celebrate the bride. Please avoid bringing glitter or confetti. These items are strictly prohibited to protect the marine environment.
Almost all our vessels feature Bluetooth sound systems. You can connect your phone directly and play your favourite music. We suggest downloading your playlist before boarding, just in case the mobile signal drops in quiet bays.
Our vessels have covered decks and clear side panels, so a passing shower won't end the celebration early. If the forecast looks unsettled, we can also route the cruise through more sheltered stretches of the harbour, like Iron Cove.
Prices depend on your chosen vessel, guest numbers, and catering options. Skippered catamarans with BYO are very affordable for groups splitting the cost. Fully catered luxury yachts carry a higher price tag for an all-inclusive experience.
